Membership is limited to immediate family members. The purchase of a home site or home is not necessary for membership.

Residential Information:
Whisper Rock is a guard gated custom home community. Custom homes begin in the $2,000,000 range. Homes range from 4,500 to over 6,000 square feet. Home sites range from $300,000 to over $1,000,000. The homeowner?s association dues are $3,400 paid annually.
