MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:
Membership is available to property owners and has a cap of 420. The initiation fee for a golf membership is $135,000 with a 50% surrender value. Membership dues are $468 for a family and $305 for an individual. A premier membership is also available for $130,000 with an 80% equity and includes access to the Golden Door Spa. Monthly dues for this membership are $444 for a family and $341 for an individual. Social and Clubhouse memberships are also available.

RESIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
The Boulders offers a unique variety of residential choices. In addition to custom home sites, villas, semi-custom and custom homes are available. Home prices range from $400,000 to over $1,000,000 (Square Footage from 1,850-4,000+)
